Terms and Conditions for Theatre Reels

Thank you for choosing Theatre Reels! By booking any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Offerings
1.1. Video Singing Reel Package (1.5 hours)
Clients can book a 1.5-hour video singing reel, where we will professionally record and produce a singing reel.
1.2. Complete Package
This comprehensive package offers clients a combination of a 1.5-hour video singing reel, a one-hour voice reel, two singing lessons, and one coaching session.
2. Payments
2.1. Payment Terms
Full payment must be made at the time of booking. Payments can be made via PayPal on website form. All services must be paid for in full before the scheduled date of the shoot or session.
2.2. Additional Services
Any additional services or add-ons requested after the initial booking will be subject to additional charges and must be paid for prior to the provision of those services.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1. Refund Policy
No refunds will be provided within three (3) weeks prior to the scheduled shoot or session date. All cancellations made within three (3) weeks of the shoot date are non-refundable.
3.2. Completed Services
Once any session or add-on service has been completed (including singing lessons, coaching sessions, video shoots, or voice reels), these services are non-refundable.
3.3. Cancellations by Theatre Reels
In the unlikely event that Theatre Reels needs to cancel or reschedule a service, we will offer a full refund or allow the client to reschedule the service at a mutually agreeable time.
4. Rescheduling
4.1. Rescheduling by Client
If you need to reschedule any services, please notify us at least 14 days before your scheduled date. Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the service will incur a fee of £50, unless the service is rescheduled due to an emergency on the client’s part.
4.2. Rescheduling by Theatre Reels
In the event that Theatre Reels needs to reschedule a service, we will notify the client as soon as possible and work together to find a new date that is convenient for both parties.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1. Availability
Clients must ensure that they are available for the scheduled services. In the case of missed sessions, the client will forfeit the service and will not be entitled to a refund.
5.2. Performance Expectations
Clients are expected to arrive prepared for all lessons, shoots, and coaching sessions. Theatre Reels is not responsible for any client’s lack of preparation or performance during the session.
5.3. Video/Audio Recording
All recordings made during video or voice reel sessions are the property of Theatre Reels, unless otherwise agreed. Clients are entitled to use the recordings for personal promotional purposes but cannot sell or distribute them without written consent from Theatre Reels.
6. Marketing and Publicity
6.1. Usage of Video Content
All clients agree that Theatre Reels may use the videos, including singing reels, voice reels, and any other content produced during their sessions, for promotional purposes. This includes but is not limited to usage on the Theatre Reels website, social media pages, marketing materials, and any other promotional content.
6.2. Tagging on Public Posts
Clients agree to (where possible) tag @TheatreReels on any public social media posts where they share their video content produced by Theatre Reels.
7. Copyright Responsibility
7.1. Commercial Copyright
Theatre Reels is not responsible for any commercial copyright related to the songs recorded during the video or voice reel sessions. Clients acknowledge that it is their responsibility to ensure they are not infringing on any copyright laws when selecting and performing songs for the recording.
7.2. Client Responsibility for Copyright Compliance
Clients must ensure that they comply with all relevant copyright laws, including licensing requirements, in their jurisdiction when using any recorded songs. Theatre Reels will not be liable for any legal issues that arise from the use of copyrighted material in the content recorded during the session.
8. Liability
8.1. General Disclaimer
Theatre Reels is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the services provided. Clients are responsible for their own safety during the lessons, shoots, and coaching sessions.
8.2. Technical Issues
Theatre Reels will make every effort to provide high-quality audio and video recordings. However, we are not responsible for any technical difficulties that may arise during the session or post-production. In such cases, we will work with the client to address any issues promptly.
9. Confidentiality and Privacy
9.1. Data Protection
Theatre Reels will handle all personal information provided by clients in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. Personal details will only be used for the purposes of the service booked and will not be shared with third parties without the client's consent.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
10.1. Updates to Terms
Theatre Reels reserves the right to update and modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
11.1. Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.
By booking a service with Theatre Reels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
